Web Beacons – Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as “1×1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in our Site’s pages and messages. ETag, or entity tag – A feature of the cache in browsers.  It is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. If the resource content at that URL ever changes, a new and different ETag is assigned. Used in this manner ETags are a form of Device Identifier. ETag tracking may generate unique tracking values even where the consumer blocks HTTP and/or HTML5 cookies.

Right to opt-out from the sale of your personal information – You may request, at any time, to direct us to stop “selling” (for the purposes of the CCPA) your personal information. We do not sell the personal information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either the consumer who is at least 13 but not yet 16 years of age or the parent or guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

As of our current data handling practices, Diamond Buzz does not sell your personal data, as defined by Nevada Law, for monetary compensation to third parties for their own purposes. However, to honour your rights, we maintain a do-not-sell list for Nevada residents. If, in the future, we were to engage in the sale of personal information as defined by Nevada Law, your name would be included on this list to prevent such sales.

Data Retention

We will retain your information as long as needed to enable you to access the Site or otherwise interact with you and for as long as you or we can bring a legal claim.

No Information Collected From Children
